Cancellation and modification
If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the modification you would like to make. Once modified or cancelled, we will confirm.

Your order can only be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will be locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Caution:

If your order requires design modification, we do not guarantee timely delivery of your order as it will take longer to modify your design during this holiday season
Items can be returned/exchanged for a refund within 45 days of receipt, in case a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you.
Note: Remember that a purchase implies acceptance of all of the above terms.

Exchange and Refund
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been into the shipping and handling process, it cannot be canceled, so your our order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order, we will cancel the order and process a refund to your original payment method.

Due to hygienic reasons and our products are custom made, we will not exchange or provide a full refund unless the item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

is significantly different from the description or samples shown to you;
Damage caused by the fault of our factory or the carrier;
not ordered by you;
Please note that for other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer partial refunds (excluding shipping costs)

  – Videos/photos of defective products, please attach wrong photos
  – Full shipping address
  – Contact number
Our support team will review the photos/videos of the defective item you sent and if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you free of charge. Production may take 2-4 business days and shipping time may take 7-15 business days. In the rare event that a exchange product cannot be sent, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping).

Incorrect address
For orders sent to the wrong address because the customer entered the wrong address:

– We are not responsible if your order is sent to the wrong address or returned to the sender (as all items will be donated as soon as they are returned to our warehouse)

– Customer must bear the cost of ordering exchange items

Therefore, please be extra careful when entering your shipping address.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
