Cancellation & Order Modifications
- Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
- To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us at support@rayirons.com with your order number and the change you'd like to make.
- After 24 hours, your order enters processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Note: Orders requiring custom design modifications may experience longer processing times during peak or holiday seasons.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 45 days of receipt only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- You received the wrong item
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized products (unless defective or damaged)
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or labels
- Items returned after the 45-day window
How to File a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, please email us at support@rayirons.com with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- Photos/Videos of the defective or incorrect item
- Your Full Shipping Address
- Your Phone Number
Our support team will assess your request. If approved:
- A replacement item will be shipped at no cost
- Processing: 2–4 business days
- Delivery: 7–15 business days
- If we are unable to resend, you will receive a full refund (including shipping)
Refund Eligibility & Process
Refunds are issued based on the following:

- Refunds will be processed through PayPal to your original payment method.
- Allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval and item receipt.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Rayirons is not responsible for orders lost or undeliverable due to customer input errors. If the order is returned to us:
- It will not be reshipped
- You will need to place a new order at your own expense

Important Notes
- Returned items must be in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging included.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.
- All returns must be approved before shipping back.
